What limitations there are for translations? Multilizer PDF Translator -products include quota. You use the quota when you are translating your documents. Multilizer PDF Translator calculates the quota in characters, but the sake of clarity, we have converted the number of characters into pages in a way that there is an average of 1800 characters in one page. Free-version includes quota for approx. 15 pages, Standard-version more than 400 pages and Pro-version slightly over 4 000 pages. Personalized Business-licenses contain quota as much as agreed.

When the quota is finished, Multilizer PDF Translator pauses the translation process. Then you can purchase more quota in the web store. The web store sends you a new license code by email. After you have replaced the new license code to Multilizer PDF Translator, the translation process continues.

A Multilizer PDF Translator license is user-specific and it can be installed to only one PC. Only Business-license makes it possible to have multiple users and several computers simultaneously.

There are also some limitations in PDF format. First of all scanned documents or text inside images cannot be translated. Secondly locked and password protected documents cannot be translated if you don't know the password.

It is also important to notice that machine translation is rarely 100% flawless. You can however affect the quality of automatic translation by making your document as simple as possible. Pay attention especially to the structure of the document and vocabulary. Try to avoid words with many meanings, complicated sentence structures and having important information only inside images.
